Fall for Flannel
As someone who shares their home with the world everyday on the internet, I love to see what people actually say when they visit my home in real life. Most of the time, they are super underwhelmed. I'm kidding! But not really! 😂 Homes are never as beautiful in real life as they are in photos. But I can honestly say, out of everything in my home, that my Boll & Branch bedding always surprises everyone who sees and touches it the most. It is really the softest, highest quality bedding I have ever had. You know that feeling when you sink into a 5 star hotel bed - that's the same feeling you get with this bedding! So when Boll & Branch asked me to partner with them for the release of their new flannel collection - it was an easy YES.
Typically, when you think of flannel, you might think of pilling or thick and stiff fabric. But this is Boll & Branch we're talking about, and like any other product they have, they put so much time and testing into finding the softest, most durable flannel out there. This flannel won't ball up like other flannels you've seen and it feels super silky. I wasn't sure I would want to sleep with it every night because I'm already so attached to my white Boll & Branch bedding. But not only have I been looking forward to going to bed this week, I haven't gone one night without curling up into this flannel and I'm pretty smitten with it! I apologize because I'm typically not so wordy in my blog posts but I wanted to really stress the quality of the fabric here which may not come through in a photo. You have to feel it for yourself!
There is plenty to love about Boll & Branch and their wonderful bedding, but I what I especially want to share with you is that when you choose to purchase from Boll & Branch, you can be assured that your bedding was made fairly.
Here is an excerpt from their website where you can read more:
Boll & Branch was founded in 2014 to offer consumers industry-leading luxury bedding and goods from the ground up. As the textile industry is wrought with unfair and inhumane practices (including unethical treatment of labor workers, dangerous toxins and unsafe factories, to name a few), we set out to right those wrongs and implement ethical practices across our entire supply chain. We directly source the world’s finest organic cotton to create better-end products, all while remaining rooted in fairness from farmer to factory worker, making it a win-win for every stakeholder.
And if that wasn't enough to hook you in, Boll & Branch partners with Not For Sale - an organization fighting human trafficking and modern day slavery. Every purchase made at Boll & Branch provides funds for Not For Sale to aid in their efforts to have safer places to sleep, opportunities for training, and long-term economic stability for those living in at-risk areas.
I hope you enjoyed this post and can hear me when I say that I really love Boll & Branch. Not just because they have the coziest bedding and the softest flannel but because it's a company I can truly stand behind.
If you want to see more photos of our room with the original Boll & Branch bedding you can find us in the current issue of Cottage White Magazine on newsstands now.
